QUALITY ASSURANCE

Position -     Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager

Department  - QA (Qualification/ Validation Team)

Qualification  - M.Pharm/B.Pharm

Experience -  Officer: 02-03 Years/Executive/Sr. Executive: 03-05 Years/ Asst. Manager: 05-08 Years (Preferable from Pharmaceutical Industry)

Location - Sanand GIDC (OSD Plant)

Brief Description of Duties-:

Qualification of all new equipment/ instrument.

Temperature mapping/AHU qualification and requalification.

Review of all calibration reports.

Compressed air qualification.

Pre-engineering batch protocol/ Process validation, sampling, review and compilation.

Stability validation protocol and report-preparation, execution, review and compilation.

Cleaning validation protocol and report-preparation, execution, review and compilation.

Hold time study.

Excel sheet validation: Each test (as per calculation). 

Software implementation: TMS, DMS, QMS, LIMS, eBMR.
