Qualification-M.Sc/M.Tech/PhD in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Experience-4 to 8 yrs

Brief Job Description - 1) Hands on work experience of in mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology areas. Hands on experience on generation of stable cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production is required. 2) Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch study, cell bank preparation and characterization is 4-8 years preferred. 3) Well versed with molecular biology techniques including vector preparation, characterization, cloning etc. 4) Candidate is expected to work as per SOP, design experiments/trouble shoot any arising problems. To maintain proper experimental documentation records in ELN specific formats.

Department - R&D - Biotechnology (IPQC)

Qualification - M.Sc/M.Tech/PhD in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

Experience - 2-5 years

Brief Job Description -

1) To design and implement integrated strategies, linking appropriate analytical tools, to perform a qualitative and quantitative assessment of product related variants and impurities.

2) Develop & qualify HPLC based methods such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, CEX-HPLC for in- process sample analysis.

3) Responsible for designing advance workflows to measure & characterize process related impurities at different stages of product development such as Host cell protein (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD) & Leachable.

Department - R&D - Biotechnology (Protein Characterization) Biochemistry

Qualification  - M.Sc/M.Tech/PhD in Biotechnology or

 Experience  : 2-8 years

 Brief Job Description -

1) To develop & qualify HPLC/CE/CD based methods for protein and peptide products characterization.

2) Preparation & review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical tests procedures (ATPs) 3) Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations 4) To manage chemicals, consumables & critical reagents inventory. Performs calibration of instruments and equipment. Troubleshoots instrument performance and equipment issues
